Rehearsals are held weekly in the Community Hall at Oak Farm Community School in Farnborough on Tuesdays from 8 until 10 pm, with a short break for coffee. There are short breaks at Christmas and during the Summer holiday period.
The Orchestra is entirely self-supporting. Members pay a subscription and we generate revenue from our concerts. The friendly atmosphere has been enhanced by concert trips to Rushmoor’s twin towns, Oberursel in Germany and Meudon in France. There are usually social events at Christmas and in the summer.

If you would like to become a member of the Orchestra, we invite you to attend rehearsals
for a trial period of one month, after which we hope to be able to welcome you as
a new Member. Players must give evidence of musical ability and are expected to attend
regularly at rehearsals and concerts.
